 Youth Club Division- Competitive Regional Volleyball

 

Youth Club Division Tournament Fee: $1600

 (7 events: 1 seeding weekend play, 1 re-seeding weekend play, 4 Saturdays point play & 1 Championship weekend play).  All Club tournaments are designed to be individually purchased.  The cost to purchase all seven (7) club events is $1,600 if purchased on or before December 15, 2011.  Registration will be open until 4 weeks prior to the event on the IVA website.  Individual tournament pricing listed below. 

Seeding weekend (February)                          $250.00

Re-seeding weekend (March)                         $250.00

Saturday only events (4 events)                      $185.00

Championship weekend (May)                       $360.00

  •  Registration opens September 15, 2011 on AES and runs until4 weeks prior to desire event without late fees.  A $25 late fee will be assessed if purchased within the 4 week time frame. Within the 8 week time frame, teams trying to register for the tournament will be “pending” status and MAY BE granted entrance based upon availability. All tournament “lock” dates will be 6 weeks prior to the event. (Details to follow on AES)
  • Each registered Club team MUST HAVE AT LEAST one (1) Qualified Official Representative* on the team roster.  The “qualified representative” MUST be present with their assigned team during play weekends.*Qualified official representation: R-2, score-keeper and line judge Qualified. These individuals MUST BE trained and approved by IVA/USAV prior to February 15, 2011. A “back-up” or replacement person is suggested for this representative.
  • Each registered Club Team MUST HAVE one (1) IMPACT certified coach. These coaches must accompany their assigned Team each weekend of play. A $25 penalty per event will be assessed to ANY team not complying with one (1) Impact certified coach designated by the March 15th  registration deadline on USAV Webpoint system.  A team may still participate in the club tournaments without an impact certified coach, however, the penalty is in effect after March 15th.
  • The format for All tournament events will be pool play followed by bracket playoff. Every match will have one (1) certified R-1official
