Heads Up Film Festival – Give Brain Injury a Voice

Tell Your Story

In preparation for Brain Injury Awareness Month, the CDC Foundation in partnership with CDC is launching the Heads Up Film Festival to help give a voice to brain injury—a once “Silent Epidemic.”

We encourage you to send in videos to share your stories and ideas and help create a national conversation on brain injury. Videos can be posted anytime from now through the end of March 2012. You can post it yourself at the Heads Up Film Festival page or email it to CDCFoundationTBI@gmail.com. Or if you’d rather share your story without video, visit CDC Heads Up Facebook page.

Who can post a video story?

All are welcome! The film festival is non-competitive and open to all. Whether you are a survivor, family member, caregiver, researcher, educator, health care professional, parent, coach, or anyone who cares about brain injury – lend your voice and share your story!
