How to Start a Club


The Club Director is the individual on each club who is responsible for ALL aspects of club management, including:

  • Being the contact person between the Club and the Intermountain Region
  • Ensuring that all necessary information, registration, documentation, money, accuracy of rosters, identification and age qualifications are forwarded to the region accurately and in a timely manner
  • Advising the region of corrections and/or errors
  • Provide completed rosters to tournament hosts before deadlines
  • Assure all coaches meet USAV and Intermountain Region coaching requirements, including age, background screening, IMPACT certification and professionalism

How do my club members register?

Intermountain Region Volleyball utilizes the Webpoint system for registration.  ALL CLUB DIRECTORS, COACHES, CHAPERONES AND PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED IN WEBPOINT PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION.
