Volleystarz (K-2nd grades)
Here, our future volleyball stars of tomorrow begin their journey of knowing they’re amazing just the way they are. They will learn volleyball skills through creative problem solving and movement with smiles all the while.

KidZone (3rd-6th grades)
KidZone is specifically geared to learning motor learning skills as well as the 6 basic skills of volleyball. KZ is a riot. They’ll learn volleyball skills and then apply them while playing the game. In this age group it is important to feel amazing about oneself and learn to respect their selves and other’s individuality.

Junior High (6th-9th grades)
Junior High includes both skills, drills and application. In Junior High we concentrate on sharpening individual skills and learn to develop a competitive edge for all athletes. This is great for those wanting to play on their middle or junior high school teams.

High School (9th-12th grades)
High School consists of position and topic specific camps and clinics for players with competitive experience on club, high school or even at the collegiate level. High School will focus on the development on advanced systems, rotations and defense. A lot of teamwork goes on here.

Skill Development Camps/Clinics
These camps are mostly for ages 12 and up. If you have never played you need to attend 2 Train & Play sessions for your specific age group before attending these skill specific clinics. There may be beginning clinics but it will specify that in the information given. These clinics are usually for more experienced players and may be by invitation only.
