Step 1:  Go to www.imvolleyball.org and select the “Membership” tab (select the PREVIOUS MEMBER button)
Step 2: Select “Request a Login” from the left tabs
Step 3:  Fill out the required information. Your login and temporary password will be emailed to you. *Check junk mail
Step 4:  Once you have your login and password, Select “Login” from the left tabs
Step 5:  Select the top link for New Membership
Step 6:  Fill out all required information and select “Continue”.  Select your club, & Regular Adult Membership ($55)
Step 7:  Check that all information is correct. 
Step 8:  A background screening page will come up.  (If not, you are current)  Fill out all info and continue.
Step 9:  You must select and read both USAV Waiver and USAV Participation Code and then select that you agree.
Step 10:  Put in your Driver License ID and select “Continue”

Step 1: Go to www.imvolleyball.org and select the “Membership” tab (select the NEW MEMBER button )
Step 2:  Fill out all required fields and select “Continue”. 
Step 3:  Make sure all personal information is correct
Step 4:  Select your club under Club drop down menu
Step 5:  Select “Regular Adult” under Membership Type ($55) and continue
Step 6:  A background screening page will appear (if not, you are current)
Step 7:  Fill out all required fields and select that you agree to terms and click “Continue and Process Background”
Step 8:  Check that all information is correct. 
Step 9:  You must select and read both USAV Waiver and USAV Participation Code and then select that you agree.
Step 10:  Put in your Driver License ID and select “Continue”

A confirmation page will appear.  A link to pay on-line can be found towards the top of this page.  Your application is incomplete until IVA receives your payment.  Your membership will be “Pending” until IVA receives all needed documentation (IVA Code of Conduct, IVA Participation Agreement)
