USA Volleyball and the Intermountain Region use Sports Engine for all Membership Managment System and Learning Management System. SAFESPORT TRAVEL POLICY
Please be advised of travel policies for your team.
* Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies MUST be followed while at a hotel of a sanctioned NGB/HPMO/USOPC event/competition.
* ALL MEETINGS NEED TO BE OBSERVABLE AND INTERRUPTIBLE
* ALL MASSAGES NEED TO BE OPEN AND INTERRUPTIBLE WITH 2 ADULTS PRESENT
TRAVEL TO A COMPETITION
When ONE Applicable Adult and ONE minor athlete travels to an event/competition a written consent form MUST be obtained from a parent/legal guardian by the Applicable Adult prior to traveling with the minor athlete.

HOTEL STAYS
When an Applicable Adult is sharing a hotel room or other sleeping arrangement with an unrelated minor athlete, a written consent form MUST be obtained from a parent/legal guardian by the Applicable Adult prior to sharing a hotel room with that minor athlete.
PLAYER RELEASE POLICY
Players selecting to change clubs will be able to submit an application to the Region office by email to: info@imvolleyball.org. Pending approval from both club directors (old club and new club) in writing, the Region office will evaluate and give a decision.
REPORTING

As a benefit of becoming a USA Volleyball and Intermountain Region Certified Club, you will have access to club insurance for your season.
