How do I start a club?

Thinking about starting your own club?  It’s actually pretty easyShoot the Region Office an email at info@imvolleyball.org for details on how you can get your club started.

You can also follow this step-by-step process.

You will need to get your club set up to ensure you have all you need to run your club with USA Volleyball this coming year.

First, you will need to register your club with our Region as a sanctioned club. See link below.

Club Registration Link for 24-25 Season:

Club Registration Form: https://intermountain-region-volleyball.sportngin.com/register/form/989606890

After you get your club registration link completed, we will be able to approve your club, then issue a Region Club Code (which will be used to register your teams for competitions in various registration systems like; TM2Sign, Sports Wrench, AES and others). This normally takes 2-3 days or faster, just depends on Sports Engine and their timing.

From there, you can register for your membership, get your background screening completed, and complete your SafeSport Certification. As the Club Administrator, you will have all backend access to your club. Your players and coaches will then also need purchase their membership (Membership Links Here). Coaches will need to also have their Background Screenings completed, SafeSport Certification, Impact Certification completed to participate in any USAV sanctioned event or practice.

There are many capabilities as the Club Administrator that are included in a link to the Club Director’s Playbook:
